There are four factors in growing your church

1.  Attraction – Getting new people to attend.
2.  Assimilation – Getting those that have attended to return and join.
3.  Attendance Frequency – Getting those who attend you church to come more often.
4.  Attrition – Getting less people leaving your Church.

When it comes to church growth, there are only four factors that determine the growth of your church.
Attraction – Getting new people to attend.
Assimilation – Getting those that have attended to return and join.
Attendance Frequency – Getting those who attend you church to come more often.
Attrition – Getting less people leaving your Church.

How effective your church is in these four areas will determine the growth of your church.

Contrary to what the book says our Church grew from 30 people to 700 in 15 years. Our Church was started out side of the city limits in a cotton field surrounded by a denomination which has been prominent for 50 years. People said that it would never work because of all the factors it faced. But because of faithful men and women who prayed and a Pastor who preached the Word faithfully and was passionate about what he was doing our Church proved all critics wrong.
Our Church’s attraction is very good we see new people coming in and joining on a weekly basis.
We have been very blessed that the people who do come are being saved which is the most important and then joining and becoming faithful to God’s Church.
Those who do attend are faithful to attend regularly and Sunday nights are as good as Sunday morning.
We do have some that leave the Church like any other but God provides other to take their place.
Personally i believe our Church is doing good in all four areas and i am proud to be a part of a Church that is making a difference in our community and all over the world.
I am thankful that we have a Pastor who does not compromise and is faithful to the Word of God. Please fill free to visit our Church’s website at http://www.clementsbaptist.org
